Once you book online, you will receive a confirmation email and text. There is an option within the confirmation email where you can change the status of the appointment. You can cancel or reschedule a shoot up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
-
We understand things happen out of your control sometimes in real estate. We do however charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations or rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours in advance to compensate the photographer for their travel and time.
Feel free to provide our Checklist to the property owner or tenant so they understand what the property should look like in order to be photographed so they are prepared. Feel free to also send them to our website to look at samples of photographed properties. Seeing is believing!

Glad you asked! Please visit our Checklist.

No! In fact, your photographer can typically work faster and produce the best product while working unbothered. Just give us a code or way to get into the property and we’ll do the rest. Of course, if you want to be there during the shoot, we welcome that as well. We just ask that you treat our photographers as artists; let them work their magic :)

Our photographers do their best to make each shoot look it’s best. However, they are not movers. We assume no liability or responsibility for moving furniture or other items. Our photographers have a 30-second rule for moving small items such as soap dispensers, hand towels, or other distracting items that are easily moved. For more information please see our Policies.

Yes! Tips are always appreciated by your photographer, but they are not expected or required. Your photographer will never be offended that you did not tip, either, so don’t be worried about making a faux pas.
Weather
-
In general, we shoot rain or shine. Our editors can make a rainy, snowy, or overcast day look sunny. However, if rain, snow, or other precipitation is too heavy we will have to reschedule otherwise you will have “streaks” across your images, which no one likes. Please note that we cannot perform any kind of aerial shoots in rain, snow, high winds, or other inclement weather.
-
Yes. However, please be advised that your original booking will be charged at the full rate and the exterior shoot will be billed as a separate exterior-only shoot on another date.

Yes! It is standard for all of our photos to be given the “blue sky” treatment. If you prefer to have a “natural” sky as-shot please let us know.
