COVID19

• Our photographers are required to wear a mask while shooting on site

• We request that agents, home owners, workers, or any one else present wears a mask while our photographer is on site

• If someone is sick, has been around someone sick, or has any symptoms related to COVID19 within the last 14 days you should cancel your appointment and reschedule. We will not charge a penalty fee even if the shoot is cancelled less than 24 hours in advanced due to COVID19 concerns.

• If our photographer arrives and someone appears sick in the house, is exhibiting symptoms, or is informed by a home owner, agent, landlord, or any other person on site that someone is sick in the house or has been sick or around someone sick within the last 14 days, the shoot will be immediately cancelled on site and you will be charged the full rate without refund. No exceptions; make sure you cancel or reschedule if someone is sick as there is no penalty for this.
